Your mail holding service is valid for one year from the day you buy it. After 12 months, you can renew if you stay longer in Australia. Any uncollected mail will be safely destroyed after expiry.

All payments for this service are non-refundable. Once the service is activated,
no refunds will be provided, regardless of usage.
Mail Handling
We will securely receive and store your mail. You will be notified upon receipt of
mail or parcels.
We receive letters, parcels, and packages on your behalf at the designated
mailing address.
Upon receiving any item, you will be notified via the email address provided
during registration.
OZ Travel Mates reserve the right to open mail that appears to be fraudulent or
dangerous

Abandoned Mail:
Any mail that remains uncollected or unclaimed after 365 days will be considered
abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion.
Prohibited Items:
We do not accept items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted by Australian postal
regulations.
If we receive any such items, they will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Service Changes and Termination:
OZ Travel Mates reserves the right to change or discontinue the mail-holding service at
any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not available
for partial or unused months.
Duration and Cancellation
The service is ongoing until cancelled. You can cancel the service at any time, but no
refund will be issued for the remaining period.
