Yes! We can send your kit to any city or town in Australia.

We recommend buying your kit at least 2/3 weeks before you arrive so we have time to prepare and send everything. But if you're booking last minute, don’t worry, it’s still perfect for you! 

After your purchase, you'll get an email with all the info you need. We'll guide you through every step to make sure your arrival in Australia is as smooth and easy as possible.

We’ll take care of most things for you! The only thing you'll need to do in person is visit the bank to verify your identity and complete the setup of your account.

We work with Westpac Bank to set up a Westpac Choice account for you. This account makes managing your money easy, with no monthly fees for the first 12 months! You’ll have access to ATMs, debit cards, and international transfers. Just note that you’ll need to verify your ID in person at the bank. We’ll arrange an appointment for you when you arrive!.

Our mail service gives you a fixed mailing address for the whole year, no matter where you are in Australia. We receive your mail and notify you by email. We can scan and send you letters digitally or store them until you’re ready to collect. If you get a package, we can forward it to you for a small fee or hold it for pickup at a secure location. Your mail is always safe with us!

Absolutely! But to open a bank account or get a TFN you need a visa that allows work, like a Working Holiday Visa or Student Visa.

The Fresh Start Kit provides essential services and support to help you settle into Australia. It includes
assistance with setting up your bank account, obtaining your Tax File Number (TFN), organizing
superannuation, and providing a prepaid SIM card. The kit also includes a 12-month mail forwarding service
and access to exclusive discounts.

1. Availability
The Fresh Start Kit is available to individuals arriving in Australia, regardless of city or region. Services are
provided nationwide.

2. Purchasing and Delivery
Once you purchase the Fresh Start Kit, you will receive a confirmation email along with detailed instructions
on how to proceed with the package. We will send your prepaid SIM card to your current or Australian address
before your arrival. Other services, such as bank account setup and TFN registration, will be initiated and
completed upon arrival in Australia.

3. No Refund Policy 

All sales are final. Once the Fresh Start Kit has been purchased, no refunds will be provided. We recommend reviewing the package details and contacting us with any questions before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

4. Personal Information
To complete the services within the Fresh Start Kit, you will be required to provide certain personal
information, including proof of identity for bank account setup and TFN application. Your information will be
handled securely in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

5. Bank Account and SIM Card
The bank account will be set up with Westpac Bank, and your SIM card will be provided by Telstra. You will
need to visit the bank in person for identity verification upon arrival in Australia. SIM cards will only be
activated once you arrive.

6. Mail Forwarding Service
The 12-month mail forwarding service is available to you as part of the package. We will notify you by email
whenever mail arrives. You can choose to have letters scanned and sent digitally or held for pick-up.
Packages can be forwarded to you for an additional fee.

7. Customer Support
We provide ongoing support throughout your journey in Australia. If you have questions or need assistance,
please contact us, and we will assist you as best as possible.

8. Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, we are not liable for any delays or issues that arise
with third-party services, such as banks, telecom providers, or postal services.
