Our team reviews applications weekly. You can expect to hear back from us
within 3–5 business days after submitting your form.

posting on social media, writing blogs, creating videos, or participating in
campaigns.

1. Program Overview
The OZ Travel Mates Ambassador Program (“Program”) is an initiative to engage content
creators, influencers, and travelers (“Ambassadors”) in promoting the Oz Travel Mates
brand and services through authentic, high-quality content.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be passionate about travel and exploring Australia.
• Have an active social media presence or content platform.
• Agree to create and share content in alignment with Oz Travel Mates' brand
values.
Oz Travel Mates reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole
discretion.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
Ambassadors are expected to:
• Promote Oz Travel Mates through authentic and engaging content (e.g., social
media posts, blogs, videos).
• Follow any specific campaign guidelines provided by Oz Travel Mates.
• Tag Oz Travel Mates’ official social media accounts and use designated hashtags
when creating content.
• Disclose any partnerships or sponsorships in compliance with local advertising
laws and guidelines.
4. Content Guidelines
All content must be original and created by the Ambassador.
• Content must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or misleading material.
• Ambassadors must obtain permission to include third-party individuals,
trademarks, or copyrighted materials in their content.
• Oz Travel Mates reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that
does not align with brand values.
5. Intellectual Property
Oz Travel Mates retains full ownership rights over this content and reserves the
right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish it in any medium, format,
or platform, globally and in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, or any other
purpose.
• By participating in the Program, Ambassadors agree that any content created
specifically for Oz Travel Mates as part of the Program, including but not limited
to photographs, videos, blog posts, and social media content, becomes the sole
property of Oz Travel Mates upon creation
• Ambassadors acknowledge that they will not have any claim to compensation,
royalties, or rights related to the use of such content unless otherwise agreed
upon in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Ambassadors may receive confidential information about Oz Travel Mates, including
marketing strategies and campaign details. Ambassadors agree not to disclose this
information to third parties.
7. Termination
Oz Travel Mates reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation in the
Program at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Failure to meet Program expectations.
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in activities that harm Oz Travel Mates’ reputation.
Ambassadors may also choose to leave the Program at any time by providing written
notice to Oz Travel Mates.
8. Liability and Indemnification
• Oz Travel Mates is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred
by Ambassadors in connection with their participation in the Program.
• Ambassadors agree to indemnify Oz Travel Mates from any claims, damages, or
legal actions arising from their content or actions.
9. Changes to Terms
Oz Travel Mates reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
