Additional services beyond the package may be subject to extra charges and must be arranged separately.
1. Booking and Payment
To secure your package, full payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and details of your services.
2. Non-Refundable
Please note that the Melbourne Arrival Essentials Package is non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of changes to your travel plans or circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review all package details before making a purchase.
3. Booking Modifications
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer refunds, we will do our best to accommodate changes or reschedule services. However, any changes are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
4. Package Validity
Once purchased, the package is valid for up to two years from the date of purchase. If you need to postpone your services, please inform us in advance, and we will work with you to reschedule within the validity period.
5. Service Availability
All services included in the package are subject to availability. In the event that a service is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution where possible.
